Asset Declaration During Visitor Pre‑Registration

adding an asset description, identifier, and optional photo before moving to check-in.

When asset declaration is enabled, the visitor is prompted to add the assets they are bringing on site as part of the pre-registration journey.

The visitor can:

• add an asset description
• add an asset identifier
• upload an existing photo or take a new one
• edit the asset if needed
• add multiple assets
• select Continue to move to check-in
